After Idhar Udhar's sensational revelation on Smriti Irani's lie in her affidavit(http://idharudhar24x7.blogspot.in/2014/05/operation-smriti-irani-your-new-hrd.html), we are going to expose the lie of Union Rural Minister Gopinath Munde whose affidavit has also wrong information. Munde has mentioned that he has completed graduation in 1974 but could you believe that college from where Munde finished the graduation was not even in existence in 1974. It seems as if the whole cabinet of Modi is sitting on lie.

Sheer Hypocrisy:BJP accused Rao of corruption, Modi makes him minister

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has appointed Rao Indrajeet Singh a defence state minister but his own party had demanded the investigation against Indrajeet by accusing him of corruption. Rao was earlier in Congress and was Union Minister during 2006 to 2009. In 2014, he left the Congress and was re elected from Gurgaon constituency by contesting on BJP ticket 

Several questions have been asked on twitter that the person who was corrupt in Congress, how he became clean by joining BJP. BJP's MP Kirit Somaiya had demanded the action against Indrajeet.  

The demand of action was in Kalptaru Builders Defence Land scam. Somaiya had accused Rao that he as a defence state minister asked his personal secretary to force army officers to allot army's land to Kalptaru builders.

Actually, this is not the first incidence when BJP welcomed leaders after Kirit accused them of corruption. In 2012 also, BJP welcomed BSP leader Kushwaha who later on went to jail in corruption charges.

•For the record:

1. J&K residents have a dual citizenship and their own national flag. -‪#‎FALSE‬

-The government of J&K does have a flag, but NOT a national flag. As far as citizenship is concerned, the state of Jammu & Kashmir does provide for a status of "Permanent Resident", but not for a separate citizenship. This status is, in fact,
granted by many other states and UTs (such as Lakshadweep, Andaman & Nicobar, etc.), and is
in no way connected to Article 370.

2. 6-year tenure for state governments - ‪#‎True‬

-But has no real significance. Also has no relation to Article 370.

3. Disrespecting Indian national flag and other national symbols is not a crime in J&K. - #FALSE

-Prevention of Insults to National Honour Act,1971 is valid everywhere in India, INCLUDING J&K.

4. Indian Supreme Court has no jurisdiction in J&K. #FALSE

The Supreme Court of India has had jurisdiction in the state of J&K since 1954 (vide Constitution (Application to Jammu and Kashmir) Order, 1954).

5. Indian Parliament can make laws in a very limited domain. Majority of powers rest with the J&K parliament. -#FALSE

-Till 1963, the Indian Parliament could legislate only on subjects contained in the Union List, and had
no jurisdiction in case of subjects covered by the Concurrent List under the 7th Schedule of the
Constitution. Since then, the Union has been progressively acquiring competence to legislate on more and more subjects. On July 30, 1986, the President made an order under Article 370, extending to Kashmir Article 249 of the Constitution
in order to empower Parliament to legislate even on a matter in the State List on the strength of a
Rajya Sabha resolution. The Union Legislature now has the power to legislate not just on subjects contained in the Union List, but also on all of the subjects in the Concurrent List, and the State
List. In this respect, the J&K is, in fact, worse off than any other state today.

6. A J&K citizen loses his/ her citizenship on marrying outside the state. - #FALSE

-First off, there is no such thing as a citizen of the state of J&K. The only status provided by law is that of a Permanent Resident. Further, as per a historic order brought out in 2002 by the J&K High Court, no person (woman) shall lose her right
to Permanent Residence in J&K by marrying someone from outside the state.

7. A Pakistani citizen can gain J&K citizenship by marrying a J&K citizen. - #FALSE

-First off, there is no such thing as a citizen of the state of J&K. The only status provided by law is that of a Permanent Resident. Further, at
present, there is no provision in law to gain the Permanent Residence status in J&K, irrespective of whether a person has Indian or Pakistani (or any other) citizenship.

8. RTE, RTI, CAG, annd majority of Indian laws are not valid in J&K. - #FALSE

-While RTE is not valid in J&K, RTI is applicable in J&K as well. The jurisdiction of CAG also extends to the state. In fact, almost all Central
legislations, except some Constitutional Amendments, are
applicable to J&K.

9. Kashmir forces sharia law on its citizens. - #FALSE!

-That's one I didn't see coming. I can't see how someone would be idiotic enough to make that
claim. In fact, the implementation of Sharia law in Kashmir is one of the stated objectives of the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP). I haven't
heard of them succeeding yet. Have you ?

10.Kashmir doesn't have Panchayat system. - #FALSE

-They do. The Jammu & Kashmir Panchayati Raj Act was passed in 1989. More importantly, there is
now a plan to extend the 73rd Amendment of the Constitution to J&K.

11.Hindus & Sikhs are a minority but they don't get a 16% reservation. -‪#‎Yes‬, and that's a crime. I don't have anthing more to those who keep clamoring for reservations. Reservation on
communal- or caste-based lines is outdated, and should have been abolished long ago.

12.Because of Art. 370, no outsider (Indian) can buy land in J&K. - This is neither due to Art. 370, nor, as I mentioned in the case of another point above, limited to just J&K.

IMT would use the funds to acquire control over Network18 and TV 18, resulting in ownership of about 78 per cent in Network18 and 9 per cent in TV18, and to acquire shares tendered in the open offer. Why get surprised? If you are Mukesh Ambani, you do not delay. RIL was just exercising its option to convert the Zero Coupon Optionally Convertible Debentures (ZOCDs) into equity shares of the target company, in this case Network18, anytime within 10 years.

Modi resigns from Vadodara seat, Mulayam retains Azamgarh

Prime Minister Narendra Modi has resigned from Vadodara Lok Sabha seat, that means he has preferred  Varanasi over his home state Gujarat's Vadodara seat,  where the BJP has registered a historical and landslide victory bagging whopping 71 of the 80 seats in the recently concluded lok sabha polls. BJP's ally Apna Dal has also won both seats they contested.

Samajwadi Party chief Mulayam Singh Yadav has also submitted a resignation from Mainpuri Lok Sabha seat as he retained Azamgarh.

As per the rules, MP who has been elected from two Lok Sabha seats has to left one of the seats within 14 days of the vote counting.

With Lok Sabha results out on May 16, today was the last day of leaving the constituency. 

According to sources, Mulayam Singh's grandson may contest from SP's strong bastion Mainpuri. While, it will be interesting to see that who will contest from Vadodara which Modi had to left after beating Congress leader Madhusudhan Mistry by around 5.70 lakh votes.

Idhar Udhar Exclusive: Modi could have found better HRD minister than Irani, don't expect much on black money from him, says Ramdev's aide

In an exclusive interview with Idhar Udhar, Senio Journalist, political analyst and Ramdev's aide Ved Pratap Vedic has slammed Narendra Modi's decision of making non-graduate Smriti Irani a Human and Resource 

Development minister by saying that Modi could have found better HRD minister than Smriti Irani. However, he also questioned the qualification of Gandhi-Nehru family and said that for being a Civil Aviation Minister, you don't need to be a pilot.

                                                

"Media have many other important news and they should not have made this Smriti Irani's educational qualification issue a top headline. However, I feel that Modi could have found better HRD minister than her," Vedic said.

"Congress should first answer the qualification of Nehru-Gandhi family. There should be no educational qualification column in affidavit. Though, you don't need to be a pilot and gold medalist for being a Civil Aviation and Sports Minister," he added.

Talking about Ramdev's absence from Modi's oath taking ceremony, he said " Even I myself and Mohan Bhagwat Ji also didn't attend oath taking ceremony,"

However, he refused to comment on Subramaniam Swamy's tweet on his exclusion from cabinet.

On being asked about black money which Home Minister and BJP president Rajnath Singh promised to bring  back within six months, he said, "Don't expect much about black money from any leader,"
