Exit Poll: BJP's Mission 25 takes big jolt in Rajasthan

BJP has swept the Rajasthan assembly polls last year and party was hoping for clean sweep in the state but BJP's mission 25 has taken a big jolt due to the following reaons:-

1.	BJP’s rebellion like Jaswant Singh and others have pushed party to 3rd position on various seats.
2.	Vashundra Raje’s over confidence is proving costly for the party.
3.	Jaat Aarakshan card by Congress seems to have a reasonable impact on the ground.
4.	Muslims have voted for BJP in assembly polls due to Bharatpur riots but they have no option this time around except to return to Congress due to BJP’s Prime Ministerial candidate Narendra Modi who has controversial past due to 2002 Gujarat riots.

BJP is struggling to reach double digit now and Congress has made a some comeback after getting decimated in assembly polls. BSP and new formed party AAP are also opening their account in desert state.

Jaipur	1				Congress sitting MP Joshi is losing this seat badly to BJP.
Alwar		1			Union Sports Minister Kunwar Jitendar Singh is having clear edge over BJP.

Bharatpur		1			Congress winning Bharatpur comfortable
Dholpur		1			Congress is clearly ahead of BJP.
Dausa				1	Triangular contest between Congress, BJP and Independent and it seems to be touch and go in this reserve constituency
Tonk				1	Congress has fielded former Indian cricketer and captain Mohd. Azharuddin in this minority dominated constituency but local Congress leaders did not support him.
Ajmer		1			Muslim constituencies like Pushkar, Masuda have registered around 70% polling and gujjar dominated areas have also seen higher turnout, giving clear edge to Union Corporate Affairs Minister Sachin Pilot over BJP’s state minister.
Nagaur		1			Congress has clear edge over BJP.
Pali	1				BJP is miles ahead of Congress.
Jodhpur	1				BJP is looking well poised to win Jodhpur.
Barmer			1		BJP’s rebellion Jaswant Singh has ensured BJP’s humiliated defeat. Congress may also scrap through due to the division of BJP’s votes.
Jalore			1		BJP is again finding itself in deep trouble and Independent is looking set to win this seat.
Udaipur				1	Very close contest between Congress and BJP with former having slight edge.

Banswara	1					BJP has clear edge over Congress.
Chittorgarh	1					No major contest to BJP as saffron party is winning this seat comfortably.
Rajsamand	1					BJP is looking ahead of Congress
Bhilwara	1					BJP is winning this seat quite easily.
Kota			1			AAP can open the account in Rajasthan as AAP’s candidate is Nagar Palika President and has good influence in Kota which is also the IT education hub.
Jhalawar	1					BJP has clear edge over Congress
