Fascist face of BJP has once again came into picture as young shipbuilding professional will have to find himself behind the bars for writing anti-modi post on Facebook.
BJP, who proclaimed itself the champions of freedom of speech, can't even digest the criticism against its "god" Narendra Fascist Modi. This is not the first time when BJP has shown its dictatorship image. They destroyed the whole Tehelka group by sending its journos to jail for their sting operation against former BJP president Bangaru Laxman, who accepted 1 lakh bribe on camera.
Trial court has rejected the bail application of Devu Chodankar, who wrote on Goa+ page that if Modi comes to power then he would unleash a holocaust. However, he deleted that post immediately.
Though, he apologised for his wrong choice of words but he defended his few arguments, terming it his crusade against the tyranny of fascists.
Devu has been booked under sections 153(A), 295(A) of the Indian Penal Code(IPC), section 125 of the People's Representation Act and 66-A of the Information Technology Act. Few of these sections are non bailable.
