While Modi Sarkar spins the release of our nurses in Iraq as a diplomatic triumph, it seems  India paid a heavy ransom through an IFS officer, Suresh K Reddy sent to Iraq to bargain with the terrorists to free the nurses. So much for BJP's boast of being tough on terror.
