Nitish and Lalu joins hands to corner BJP

In a big development take place in Bihar politics, two arch rivals Lalu Prasad Yadav and Nitish Kumar have joined hands to stop communal forces in the state.

RJD has declared undecided support to Nitish's JDU as Lalu's party will help new Chief Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi to pass a floor test in assembly.

Both Nitish and Lalu were the part of Janta Dal in the early 1990s.

If this mega alliance of JDU+RJD+INC remains in assembly polls as well the BJP-LJD alliance could be decimated from the Bihar's map.

"We want to fight communal powers and keep them out of Bihar. That's why we have offered our support to JD (U)," said Lalu Yadav.

RJD has 21 MLAs in Bihar assembly. While, JDU has 117 MLs in the assembly which has the total strength of 237. The main opposition party BJP has total 88 MLAs in the assembly.

  1. I don't think the alliance of BJP-LJP will be decimated from bihar map ,and against it any alliance will only work if they set aside individual egos and provide coherent road map of governance
