For the second instance in two days, Pakistan's biggest and
busiest airport has come under the terrorist attack yet again.
A fresh wave of bloodshed beleaguered
the Airport Security Forces camp close to Karachi's Jinnah International
Airport on Tuesday, the airport's manager said.
Late Sunday night, 10 militants
stormed the same airport's cargo region, leading to an hours-long attack in
which 36 people lost their lives.
The Pakistani Taliban had
claimed the responsibility for that attack, saying the attack was revenge for
the death of former leader Hakimullah Mehsud, who was killed in a U.S. drone
strike in November in North Waziristan.
One more TTP member,
Shahidullah Shahid, said after the foremost assault that the faction would
engage "in a full-out war with the Pakistani state, starting on June
10."
